Our adoption process is people friendly, accessible and supportive. There is a short application, and if selected, a meet & greet where you can get to know the animal you are interested in.
Applications are processed in the order received. We provide comprehensive behavioral information and gather relevant information from you about the prospective home environment, working with each applicant to match them with the best compatible animal.
Once you find the perfect match, we ask you to sign an adoption contract and give a donation to help us rescue the next animal in need.

Jeffrey is a sweetheart of a cat who wants nothing more than to have his human or family to cuddle with. He is one of the friendliest and most affectionate cats we have ever met. Jeffrey was found very sick on the street and taken to a local vet hospital by animal control. He recovered from his upper respiratory infection and was treated for parasites but unfortunately he has two underlying health issues. He tested positive for FIV and Felv. There are no treatments for either of these conditions. He isn’t showing symptoms but they do make his immune system weaker and he is more susceptible of getting sick than the average cat. Jeffrey can be an only cat or potentially live with another felv positive cat. Jeffrey is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Maddie is a beautiful all black kitty with a medium silky coat and a calm spirit. She enjoys sitting on the top of her foster mom’s couch and watching everyone both inside and outside her foster home. This peaceful girl needs her personal space to be respected by her human family members as well. She allows gentle petting, head bumps and chin scratches. Maddie communicates when she wants physical affection and when she would prefer a bit more distance such as sitting near you in the living room.
Maddie gets along with her foster siblings, respects their space and asks the same. She prefers feline friends over canines and is very food motivated. Maddie would do best with a home with children 10+ or with adults only. If you are seeking a calm companion, she is the girl for you.

Meet Titan — equal parts chaos gremlin, cuddle bug, and loyal best friend. Titan is a smart, hilarious, high-personality dog who keeps life interesting in the very best ways.
One minute he’s launching himself into an Olympic-level game of tug-of-war or inventing new wrestling moves with his canine buddy Cody (who outweighs him by three times, somehow), and the next he’s curled up beside you like a cinnamon bun, happily snoozing the night away.
He currently lives successfully with two other dogs and has also done well with visiting dogs. He gets along with the household cat too — though he occasionally enjoys a playful chase just for entertainment value. He absolutely loves roughhousing and interactive play, especially tug and fetch, and would thrive with a family that enjoys engaging with him.
With people, Titan is affectionate and loving once he knows you. He does great with the children in his home, including an 11-year-old grandson he loves to snuggle with for long naps. He settles nicely in his kennel when left alone and generally relaxes well throughout the day. He’s alert and protective by nature, though, so if there’s a mysterious bump, beep, or suspicious nighttime noise, expect Titan to sound the alarm before promptly returning to couch potato mode.
Titan would do best with a family that appreciates a dog with personality, energy, humor, and affection all wrapped into one unforgettable package. He’s not a boring dog — he’s the kind of dog who becomes part of every story and every memory.

Onyx was time-stamped due to his length of stay and medical needs. He came to us very sick with pneumonia and went through multiple surgeries and emergency vet visits.
Now, after being loved back to health, Onyx is finally living the life he always deserved. He loves to run, play, cuddle, and enjoy every second of being happy and healthy. He is extremely friendly, affectionate, and full of personality. He jumps like a little kangaroo, so a fenced-in yard with a high fence is a must because this boy can bounce.
Onyx is hard of hearing and only has one ear due to the double TECA surgeries he underwent. He truly tries his best to follow commands and learn routines, but he does best when spoken to loudly and when hand motions are used to help guide him. Despite everything he has been through, Onyx remains incredibly loving, trusting, and eager to connect with people.

Fendi’s story is truly one of second chances — he was saved moments before being euthanized at a local shelter due to overcrowding. Now in foster care, this sweet boy is thriving and ready to find his forever home!
Fendi’s foster parents describe him as a total lovebug who soaks up affection and loves being around people. He’s great at fetch, enjoys chewing on bones, and can often be found happily playing with his stuffed toys. Fendi walks beautifully on leash, listens well, and is wonderfully well-behaved.
He’s done well with other dogs and could be a great companion for another pup with proper, slow introductions.

Poor Bean is pretty scared of everything and being in a kennel environment is not the best thing for him.
When he met a behaviorist, he was much more relaxed and social than we anticipated. Which made us happy! She adjusted his anxiety meds so help him cope in the kennel but we really need to get this boy out into a foster home ASAP.
